How is your process of creation?
I usually start with getting inspo pics, the colour scheme, the style of dress and wedding theme from the bride. We then work on a plan in the bridal trial, combining the inspo pics and what suits the bride. Sometimes brides are unsure of what they want, and want to try two hair looks or a light and a bright lip. If you are uncertain about which hair style would suit you, perhaps book a two-look trial.
What inspires you?
Natural skin, bright eyes, sculpted cheekbones and lip stains. I love all makeup styles – dramatic, theme makeup, natural and all looks in between. My speciality though, is a look in between natural and dramatic, for those brides who would love to look ‘made up but not unlike themselves’. I do love the opportunity to get a little more dramatic though – I am a sucker for super smoky, smouldering eyes.
